These two legs of lamb were very disappointing to see, one more than the other, the legs had the bone chopped off so didn't look like a leg at all. If I wanted just lamb I would have got a butterflied leg. I was so disappointed with these two that I wouldn't cook them and carve in front of our guests. I went and brought two more from our local butchers and used them while putting yours in our freezer.
I have had a few of your legs of lamb prior and always been happy with them, taste and being a leg. But at this stage I wouldn't rush back to get Hyper meat again.
