Our top-quality beef is the result of generations of experience in raising and breeding cattle to the highest standards. We specialise in meat from New Zealand heritage breeds like Angus, Black Angus, and Hereford. These cattle are exclusively grass-fed and raised on lush pastures, which gives their meat that distinctive marbling and rich flavour.

As a commitment, we prioritise minimising the distance our products travel to reduce stress on the animals. Our beef then goes to our Master Butchers to ensure it stays incredibly fresh. We also hang our beef, allowing the meat to relax and become more tender while developing a deeper colour. The outcome is exceptional meat and an unmatched selection in our butcher shop, whether you prefer modern cuts or traditional favourites.
