Hello The lamb racks arrived promptly thanks However I was unable to communicate instructions eg leave in chilly bin in porch We found them under a tree so some shade but no message to say that had arrived.... Overall product great but let down by poor comms Regards Gillian

Always tender and great taste 6 minutes each side in a Webber with the lid closed and on medium and they are perfect.
