All our pork is Pig Care Accredited and comes from the Durox and Hampshire pork breeds and carries the essential fat that produces succulent, flavoursome meat. You will find our range of hand-butchered pork will be a deeper pink in colour than the intensively reared alternatives.

We only use Fresh New Zealand pork which is butchered daily and cut to order by our Qualified Master Butchers.
