Unfortunately I'm not really thrilled with the butchery of the boneless chicken thighs. At least one thigh out of every pack we've used has has bone fragments that need to be located and cut out. I actually bit one of them and my crown came off, so I had to make an emergency trip to the dentist last weekend! I guess when I order boneless meat, I expect to receive boneless meat. :(
