Thai Beef Massaman Curry with rice

One of my favourite, warming curries is this Thai beef massaman number – with peanuts, carrots and potatoes and a deliciously creamy, cinnamon-spiked sauce. Served with steamed rice.

  • Ingredients : rice, beef 18%, coconut cream (coconut extract, water), chicken stock (chicken, water, carrots, onions, celery, herbs, spices), potatoes, carrot, pickled onions, peanuts, coriander, spring onion, curry paste, brown sugar, sesame oil, fish sauce (anchovy), lime juice, spices, salt
